Our Contact Information is located on the bottom every page of the website to make it easy and convenient for you to reference, as well as being here on this page.

Regular business hours for theGeekworks.com storefront location are Monday through Friday, 10:00AM - 5:30PM, and on Saturday, 11:30AM to 2:30PM.

Of course, we do work outside of those hours quite often! If you call and there is no answer, please leave a voicemail - we will be glad to return your call at our first opportunity.

Regarding computer system repair: If your computer is a desktop system, we understand that it can be difficult to move, so we will save you the hassle, and come to your location in the Georgetown/Pawleys/Andrews area either for free, or for a nominal additional service cost of $10 in some conditions.

There is usually no extra charge for this outcall service if you live in the Georgetown/Pawleys/Litchfield vicinity. If you are much further north, west, or south of that, the small additional travel expense charge may apply (have you seen those gas prices lately???). If this is the case, we will discuss it with you ahead of time.

If you have a laptop or a desktop that you can easily bring to us, you can drop it off at our storefront location of 715 Front Street in Georgetown, next door to Buzz's Roost.

And since we are frequently out on service calls, we might also try and arrange a 'meet up' with you somewhere in order to save time and gas, while preserving precious natural resources. :)
