Our Contact Information is located on the bottom every page of the website to make it easy and convenient for you to reference, as well as being here on this page.
Regular business hours for The Geekworks are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM, and on Saturday, 11:00AM to 2:00PM. Of course, we do work later than that quite often! If you call and there is no answer, please leave a voicemail - we will be glad to return your call at our first opportunity.
Regarding computer system repair: If your computer is a desktop system, we understand that it is difficult to move, so we will save you a hassle, and come to your location. There is no extra charge for this outcall service if you live in the Georgetown/Pawleys/Litchfield vicinity. If you are much further north of south of that, a small additional travel expense charge may apply (have you seen those gas prices lately???). If this is the case, we will discuss it with you ahead of time.
If you have a laptop, we can arrange either a time to pick it up, or you can drop it off.
Our fixed location is right at the bridges over Winyah Bay, but since we are frequently out on service calls, we might try and arrange a 'meet up' with you somewhere in order to save time and gas, while preserving precious natural resources. :)
